What will I learn that I can’t find for free using google?

You could absolutely use free content, there is no shortage of weight loss and health advice on the internet. Although some healthy living tips are helpful, others are ineffective, misleading, or downright harmful.

You will easily get overwhelmed and confuse the heck out of yourself by trying to piecemeal 1000+ people’s advice and figure out what truly works from what doesn’t.

It’ll result in 7000+ tabs open on your computer, and a “FrankenDiet” plan that probably doesn't work for your personal lifestyle, health needs, and food preferences, not to mention will leave you back to where you started! Ouch!

OR...you can attend a small, curated group of women just like you and get expert advice that cuts through the noise, fads, gimmicks, shenanigans, and gives you a personalized solid plan to feel fab and slim in 21 days or less. Whoohoo!

Do I need to follow any strict food rules or count calories?

No! You don’t need to keep track of calories in vs out, weigh your food, keep track of how many points you’re eating (you know what I’m talking about here, right?!), nor figure out how much of one macronutrient you need more of versus another type!

Again, these are all tactics that complicate healthy eating, that are not necessary to achieve positive results and that get you overwhelmed and discouraged very fast!

To say I’m not a fan of popular, fad, gimmicky diets is an understatement! One size fits all approaches, simply do not work, especially long term!! Furthermore, who wants to feel deprived and be a martyr to their diet? Really!? No way...not me!

Is this a diet?

Nope. Well first let me clarify what “diet” truly means. A diet is essentially everything you choose to eat and drink daily.

However, I assume here that your question is more along the lines of if this workshop will result in you requiring following any prescribed diet, similar to what is currently popular such as Keto, Paleo, High Protein, Low Fat, Low Carb, etc.?

So, my answer to this is NO, this workshop is not about following a popular diet. I will never promote or prescribe any one size fits all diet approach.
